Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using EngageWingman, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. EngageWingman is operated by Kern Group.

2.

The Service

EngageWingman provides AI-powered agents that post content to X/Twitter, discover and reply to conversations, and monitor mentions on your behalf. The service operates using delegated access granted via X's OAuth 2.0 flow.

3.

Acceptable Use

  • You must own or have the right to post content on the connected X account.
  • You may not use the service to generate or post spam, harassment, hate speech, or content that violates X's terms of service.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs.
  • You may not share your credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • You are responsible for all content posted by your agent, including AI-generated content.
4.

Subscriptions & Payments

  • Plans are billed monthly. Charges are processed by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Trial users receive 20 free dry-run generations. Dry runs do not post to X.
  • Upgrading or downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial months, but you may cancel at any time.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your brand configuration, uploaded content, and all AI-generated outputs produced by your agent. Kern Group claims no rights over content posted by your agent on your behalf.

6.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by EngageWingman's AI is produced automatically. While guardrails and brand voice settings help maintain quality, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, off-brand, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs — especially before enabling live posting mode. We recommend testing in dry-run mode first.

7.

X/Twitter Compliance

Your use of EngageWingman must comply with X's Developer Agreement and Terms of Service at all times. You are responsible for ensuring your agent's activity stays within X's rules, including automated behavior policies. EngageWingman may suspend or restrict your agent if your account's activity risks violating X's platform policies.

8.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for missed posts or engagement opportunities due to service interruptions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kern Group's liability for any claim arising from your use of EngageWingman is capped at the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenue or reputational harm from posted content.

10.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, abuse of the platform, or chargebacks. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@engagewingman.io. Upon termination, your agent is deactivated and your data is scheduled for deletion.

11.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
