My X account won't connect.
Make sure your X app has OAuth 2.0 enabled and the callback URL is registered correctly. Try disconnecting and reconnecting from Settings → Connected Accounts.
The agent isn't posting.
Check that the agent is set to Active (not Paused) on the agent detail page. Scheduled posting requires the Celery worker to be running. Use "Post Now" to test immediately.
I'm getting a 402 error on trigger.
You've reached the 20 dry-run trial limit. Upgrade to a paid plan to unlock live posting.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. This opens your Stripe customer portal where you can cancel or change plans.
I need to delete my account.
Email support@engagewingman.io from your registered address. We'll delete all your data within 30 days.
